Yes – You can contact us via phone or email to request a vehicle status. Just provide us with your order number or vehicle type and pickup/delivery locations.

It all depends on the location and destination of the vehicle. On average vehicle transports take 1-2 weeks.

No. Although we are usually very accurate with our pickup/delivery dates, we do request that you give a 1-2 day window.

Yes. The size of your vehicle determines if an oversize vehicle transporter service is needed. Larger vehicles occupy the same amount of space used by two standard mid-size cars.
“Can I transport an inoperable vehicle?”

Yes. We can transport non-running vehicles. Although your vehicle is inoperable, it must still roll, steer and brake properly. Make sure you communicate to our specialist that your car is non-operational.

Yes. Vehicles are insured up to $100,000 on the open carrier and up to $250,000 on the enclosed carrier. Your vehicle is fully insured against negligent damages caused by carrier or carrier equipment failure during transport.

If your vehicle is damaged during an auto transport, all damage should be noted on your bill of lading. Obtain the driver’s signature acknowledging the damage and contact us immediately via phone before signing any paperwork.

Yes. At pick-up and delivery, you or someone assigned by you must be present to inspect the condition of the vehicle and sign the bill of lading.

We accept all major credit cards (American express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa) as a form of payment for DEPOSITS ONLY. The remaining balance is due upon DELIVERY and must be in the form of cash or certified check/money order.
